Why can't I have a Tardis?

So, um, I was gone for a while (again) and now I'm back and facing that usual dilemma of what to say, what to say, what to say. Let's just call this my back-slappy, missed-you-all, good-to-see-you-again post and move on, shall we? It'll be like I never left. Except that I won't know anything that's been going on, so it'll be more like I never left but got smacked in the temple with a crowbar while trying to break up a barroom brawl and am suffering from temporary (or possibly permanent, depending on my skip=infinity tolerance) amnesia. Yeah, that sounds good. Plus, heroic is always more exciting than absent.

I may have been absent, but not absent enough to forget to sign up for SeSa, so yay for that. I think. *ponders* Yeah, that's a pretty firm yay.

And now I'm off to sift through the last few months of lj to see what wonders I've missed.
