soulescaping for letting me share her Canucks icon. This will be my intermittent default now that the hockey playoff season is in full swing (intermittent because I'm not sure that I can bear to be parted from usual my TrickyFish icon for too many hours at a stretch).
I had no love whatsoever for our (Canada's) national sport until last year when I went to visit my aunt and uncle during playoff season. My uncle is a total hockey whore and pimped it to me mercilessly for days on end until I finally caved. I'm still woefully ignorant, but I'm dead keen, which (in my eyes, anyway) makes up for it.
