Are the people at Purolator always such asses to deal with? They're holding my laptop hostage! They say they can only deliver it during working hours, but won't let me change the delivery address to my work address. Rat bastards! I could pout copiously about the situation, but instead I meme. Yes, yes, it's last week's meme, ho hum, so very yesterday, but, trust me, it's better than a lengthy whine about the snarky little shite I had to deal with at Purolator.

A – Accent: Sort of a hybrid. My family traveled a lot when I was a kid, so I've ended up with kind of a hybrid accent. Americans think I sound British, British and Australian folk tend to think I sound American, and Canadians are just too polite to bring the subject up.

B - Breast size: Bigger than they used to be, but still quite manageable.

C - Chore you hate: I'm an equal opportunity chore hater, but mostly what I hate is . . . um, no, I guess I really do hate them all.

D - Dad's name: Dickhead.

E - Essential make-up item: Eye liner.

F - Favorite perfume: Chanel No. 19.

G - Gold or silver: Oh, sure, why not?

H - Hometown: Vancouver, B.C.

I - Insomnia: Sporadically.

J - Job title: Not the one I'd like to have, but it'll do for the time being.

K - Kids: One daughter.

L - Living arrangements: My sister, my daughter, the cat, the dog and a whole whack of crap that expands exponentially with each passing week.

M - Mum's birthplace: A farm near Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.

N - Number of apples you've eaten: If only I'd known I was supposed to be counting.

O - Overnight hospital stays: Two.

P - Phobia: Cockroaches. Intermittent agoraphobia. Did you know that fear of needles is called belonephobia (among other things)? I don't have that, but JC does and I'm rather fond of the word, so I thought I'd mention it.

R - Religious affiliation: Godless heathen, with agnostic leanings.

S - Siblings: three sisters.

T - Time you wake up: I wake up at 6:00 and get up at 6:20; 6:30 if I decide to sleep in. :)

U - Unnatural hair colors you've worn: Well, right now I have some interesting, if accidental, cherry Kool-Aid coloured stripes that I don’t think anyone is likely to mistake for natural.

V - Vegetable you refuse to eat: Can't think of one, although there are a few I'm not fond of. Apparently enough people hate asparagus to the point of fearing it that there's actually a name for the disorder: spargarophobia. Again, not one of my phobias, because, mmm, asparagus.

W - Worst habit: Procrastination.

X - X-rays: More than I like to think about.

Y - Yummy foods you make: I make all manner of delicious things when I'm in the mood, which is rarely lately. The last yummy thing I made was a rather fabu chickpea curry. Tonight I'll be making a salmon leek quiche with a brown rice crust. You're welcome to pop by for dinner.
